  Mr. Chandresh D. Mehta,director is an engineer from The Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from Xavier's Institute of Management (Bhuvaneshwar) assists Mr. Irani in his endeavour. His extensive understanding of the construction domain serves as an engine of growth for the company.  
Mr. Percy S. Chowdhry,senior director,is a management graduate with a specialization in Marketing.Mr.Percy Chowdhry has worked with some of the most reputed multinational corporations like Dunlop, Gulf Oil etc. A multi talented and a versatile individual, he ensures that Rustomjee stays ahead of competition at all times.
